Shudu Musida is a public-sector and international strategy advisor supporting corporates, investors, foundations, and public institutions on market entry, partnerships, and growth across Africa and emerging markets. She also serves as a UNFPA Global Champion for Women and Girls.
She is the Founder of Masana Group, an advisory firm working at the intersection of policy, private capital, and execution. Through Masana, Shudu advises organisations navigating complex regulatory environments, structuring cross-sector and cross-border partnerships, and translating strategy into commercially viable, contextually grounded execution. Shudu is currently pursuing a STEM-designated Master of Public Administration at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), with a concentration in International Finance and Economic Policy.
