Ryan Loeffen-Gallagher has advised heads of state, CEOs, and private clients across five continents on high-profile cases involving disputes, crises, major transactions, reputation, policy issues, and campaigns.

He was previously one of the owners of PA Group (now Panterra), a European strategic communications firm, and before that built the strategic communications function for an influential foreign ministry.

Ryan is known for identifying less apparent levers to achieve critical objectives. He has a record of successfully representing clients where geopolitical, reputational, and commercial considerations intersect to create unique challenges or opportunities.

Ryan has lived and worked across Europe and the Middle East. He studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Oxford.
