Matt Carter is an Account Director at Blenheim Martlet, where he advises governments, political leaders and corporate clients on dispute resolution, geopolitical risk and positioning in complex operating environments.
He previously served at the UK Foreign Office, advising ministers and senior officials on strategic communications, foreign policy and crisis response across Europe and Central Asia.
Before entering government, he worked at the strategic advisory firm Highgate, supporting sovereign and corporate clients on disputes and sensitive political issues, and for an international human rights organisation investigating violations of international law in fragile and conflict-affected environments.
Matt holds a BA in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
