Jamie Monckton is a former British Army officer; he advises private clients, governments, and global organisations on high-stakes issues including crisis, influence, diplomacy, and reputation. He specialises in negotiation and dispute resolution, bringing calm, clarity, and strategic impact to the most complex challenges.

Jamie began his career as an officer in the Coldstream Guards after graduating from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. He served on multiple operational tours across Afghanistan, Iraq and the broader Middle East, including roles focused on influence, stabilisation and strategic effects.

Jamie is also a graduate of the University of Sydney and has completed the Program on Negotiation and Dispute Resolution at Harvard Law School. Jamie has been repeatedly featured in the Spears 500 Reputation Managers Index.
